Voicemaster Vocal Development Policies

At Voicemaster, we prioritize the growth and development of our clients' vocal abilities. To ensure that our clients receive the utmost attention and progress, we offer sessions once a week on the same day and time. However, we understand that our clients have busy schedules, so we are flexible with scheduling.

Please note the following:

  • We do not credit missed lessons, and all sales are final.
  • At Voicemaster, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are committed to ensuring that our clients receive the full benefit of their investment. We do allow make-up sessions if our schedule permits.
  • Refunds will not be given for any reason, including unused sessions.
  • Make-up sessions are only allowed if our schedule permits and sessions can be transferred to another party if necessary.
  • We do not offer credit for discounts, and we require cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Our only Holidays are Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
